    • Select the product and reason for return.
    • Review and verify your selections, then submit.

    For online returns, customers have three drop off options:
    1. Return in person to an Express retail store for a fast, free refund.
    2. Mail the package back to Express using the prepaid return label provided (cost of $6.99 deducted from the refund).
    3. Bring the labeled package to a UPS Access Point location and drop it off for return shipment.
