To make a return, you can either visit a Kohl's store or return by mail.
For in-store purchases, items must be returned to a Kohl's store.
For mail returns, you can visit the Kohl's website or Amazon website (if it is an Amazon return).
Please ensure that premium electronics and watches are returned within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and a valid receipt.
Beauty purchases, including Sephora at Kohl's, must be new or in gently used condition and returned within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
If you are unable to find the in-store receipt, you can still make a return as a non-receipted return. You will receive a Kohl's Merchandise Credit based on the lowest discounted 13-week sale price for the item(s) you are returning.
