To return by mail, start the process online and print the return shipping label. Attach the return label to the package and schedule a pickup or drop off at an authorized facility.
To return in person, bring the items and packing slip or order confirmation email to the nearest UO store.
Most returns will be credited back to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days.
Furniture items can be returned within 30 days by carrier, but not in stores.
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
UO MRKT items have separate return policies specified by the seller.
Lost packing lists can be replaced when initiating the return online.
