To return open products, along with proof of purchase, within 180 days for a full refund.
Bring the product to a covered porch, garage, or doorstep for pick-up service (availability varies by market).
Plants, cut fabric, custom countertops, and as-is products cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used.
Damaged items may be exchanged by visiting an IKEA store or contacting customer support.
Mattress purchases can be exchanged once within 90 days, with only the net purchase price refunded.
Returns are not accepted at IKEA Planning Studio or IKEA Pick Up Point locations.
