To complete a return, the items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels.
Returns can be made at a Zara store or at a delivery point.
For in-store returns, present the items to return along with the Zara QR or receipt.
To return at a delivery point, log in to your account or click the 'Manage Your Order' link in any order or shipment confirmation email to request a return.
Once requested, follow the instructions and take the return to the chosen shipping company's location.
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days from the shipment date.
For returns with large items from the HOME collection, contact Zara to arrange a pickup.
The refund will be issued as per the original payment method.
